Your trainer is a certified personal trainer, nutritional consultant and has an MSc in Public Health. Besides coming in for your classes, if you have any health-related questions you will be able to ask someone truly qualified to answer.

FULL BODY STRENGTH
Strength training is extremely important to help boost metabolism, lose fat, build muscle, boost mood, improve sleep and improve bone density. This class is for members from a beginner to advanced level, exercises include squats, lunges, and ab work.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a workout meant to burn a lot of fat in a short period of time. THe routine includes high-intensity cardiovascular exercises with periods of rest/recovery in between. This class is for members at an intermediate to advanced level of fitness, exercises include burpees, jumping jacks, and knee highs.
Body Attack is a routine that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. Combining the best of both worlds will help you burn fat and boost your metabolism substantially. This class is for members from a beginner to advanced level.
ABx is a 30-minute routine targeted at losing overall fat and strengthening the abdominal muscles. Strong abdominal muscled not only look good but also help support the back, ultimately reducing back pain. This class is for members from a beginner to advanced level.
FLEX is a 30-minute routine designed to help you recover after a long week of intense strength training and cardiovascular work. Flexibility is important for injury prevention and to make the best of your workouts. In addition, flexibility is important to be able to use your full range of motion and perform daily living activities.
Our Bootcamp is a 10-week group personal training program that combines cardiovascular and strength training routines designed to help you reach your specific goals (weight gain, weight loss, even rehabilitation). In this program, members get a custom nutrition and fitness plan, biweekly measurements, and WhatsApp access to a personal trainer and group support. The program is highly customized to the members involved and only runs in small groups, therefore it can only be joined by pre-registering before the 10-week period.
It’s really easy to get started. No matter your fitness level or background, all that is absolutely necessary to start training is an open mind and a commitment to the program.
